Posted by So to catch up on things a little since the last post. I had a 9 week and 12-week ultrasound. All looking really good. Also had the NIPT test. Super easy, just a simple blood test. I had organised with the clinic and my GP to have the gender sent to my bestie so she could tell me.
Well, she ended up doing a great gender reveal for me. It was Harry Potter themed which, for those who know me, is very me!
IT’S A BOY!!!!!!!
I thought I would be scared to have a boy. But I am over the moon about my little man! Can’t wait to meet him! I even found these things on Etsy called a Peepee Teepee! Put it over the when you change them to avoid the long range wee! Haha. See one of them here. Probably not necessary but it’s cute.
The NIPT test was all clear too which was great to hear. No chromosome abnormalities.
So looking forward to the second trimester, and possibly getting some energy back to. Well at least for a couple of months anyway.
